YOU MAY MAKE Business License PAYMENTS ONLINE WITH A CREDIT CARD*. THIS PAYMENT OR PAYMENT RECEIPT IS NOT YOUR business license. THE CITY MUST FORMALLY ISSUE THE business license BEFORE YOU perform work IN THE CITY. APPLICATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. 

You may pay in person Monday-Friday between 9:00am - 4:00pm at City Hall (5401 Independence Rd. Weldon Spring, MO 63304) via cash, check, or credit card.

Credit card payments may be done online by these steps :

1. Go to trafficpayment.com
2. Select Missouri; then Weldon Spring; then Tax & Licensing Payments
3. Fill out form completely
4. List the correct payment amount
   1. Cost:
      1. $50.00 for New Business License
      2. $35.00 for Renewal Business License
5. Click Continue
6. Confirm your information and payment amount. Click Continue
7. Fill in Billing information. Click Continue
8. Confirm your information, and payment amount
9. Agree to terms & conditions
10. Click submit
11. You will receive an emailed receipt from The Payment Group

NOTICE OF FILING DATES FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Pursuant to § 115.127, RSMo, the City of Weldon Spring, Missouri, gives notice that the opening filing date for the general municipal election, which will be held on the 7th day of April 2026, shall be on December 9, 2025.  The office to be filled is one (1) Alderman for each of the three (3) wards.  All filings shall be received by the City Clerk during regular office hours at City Hall, 5401 Independence Road, in the City of Weldon Spring, commencing at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.  The closing date and time for filing shall be 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
